MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, business, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in the healthcare field, as well as 5 years in a management/supervisory capacity
Experience in a physician practice preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven skills in leadership, team building, organization, time management, program development, participates in strategic planning and problem solving and who can represent HealthCare Partners in a professional and effective manner.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, members, providers.
Ability to implement and monitor policies to effectively uphold the HCP standards of care, policies and procedures.
Excellent organizational interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-past, deadline-orientated environment.
Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
Computer literate, with working ability of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Ability to travel.
